Proper surface preparation is a critical step in the process of powder and other coatings. Cleaning and preparing the metal for coating may involve chemical stripping, degreasing, media blasting, and phosphate washes. A clean and properly prepared surface ensures the most uniform coating and the best adhesion. Our facility is fully equipped with a large commercial compressor, large blast cabinet, and blast room. We also offer precision masking services to cover those areas of the surface that must remain uncoated.
